Now keep in mind though on your second VA loan the funding fee goes up to 3.3 % unless you are willing to put down 5% which will then bring the funding fee back down to 1.3 % i believe.

However, a small portion has been transferred to me, but is still being held in my name by the custodian that was administering my dad's original retirement funds. 

I've been speaking with Jeff Greenberg at Synergetic Investment about participating in a multi-family syndication they are currently fund-raising.

Does anyone have ideas of how best to tap into the equity of a non-owner occupied building so that I can fund another deal?

I spoke with them earlier today, and they said they could refi up to 95% LTV on a rental after 6 months of renters.

If lenders feel like they have nothing to lose they will fund 100%.

Specifically I'm curious about bandit sign placement/laws, reputable transitional funding in the area, local investors residential/commercial, as well as local REIA groups.Any wisdom on these topics is more than appreciated.
