Texas Mortgage Pros reviews?
Hi, has anyone used Texas Mortgage Pros for refinancing? I spoke with them earlier today, and they said they could refi up to 95% LTV on a rental after 6 months of renters. Just wondering if anyone had anything good or bad to say about their process or product. Or have a different recommendation for refinancing.
I’ve found 2 duplexes I will be purchasing using Jet lending. I don’t have 25% to put down on both. The plan is to purchase short term using Jet, do a little cosmetic work (they are in pretty solid shape), and refi based on rental history (all 4 2/1s currently occupied).
