Looking to connect with wholesalers/investors in Detroit Metro

Eric Brown
Posted

I'm new here to bigger pockets as well as wholesaling and was looking for any advice from any seasoned investors on wholesaling in the Detroit Metro Area or just in general.... Southfield, Oak Park, Livonia, Redford, Farmington Hills etc.

My girlfriend is a real estate agent and has been convincing me to get into wholesaling for about a year now and I'm ready to dive in after doing my diligence for the past 4-5 months. I've delved into everything from videos, podcasts, articles, and now here at bp.

Specifically I'm curious about bandit sign placement/laws, reputable transitional funding in the area, local investors residential/commercial, as well as local REIA groups.

Any wisdom on these topics is more than appreciated.
