This vehicle designed for those who are self-employed or own a small business with earned income and no full time employees other than the owner and his/her spouse.

I recently earned my real estate license in Michigan, however now I am looking to get into more of the investing side of it.

I don’t think I’d just buy one house here and one house there and have 10 houses spread all over the US because then you’ll spend all your time managing property management companies and never getting a better deal out of any of them because they only have one property of yours and it’s more of a hassle to them every time it’s empty because they’re only earning $130 s month off you instead of like $800 if you had 5 houses with them.

The dream is to earn enough CF to replace both me and my wife's W2s, freeing us up to have the flexibility to work on what we want to.

As I homeowner I would gladly do it knowing that the best place to hide is behind a water heater, come out smelling like sulfur and earn myself a free Saturday to spend in the garage.

Instead of earning money and saving it, we should earn money and reinvest it to make it turn into more money.

I plan to get my real estate license (I love working in sales) and use that to earn a living while quickly establishing a portfolio of cash flowing properties. 

You can create wealth in both ways.It would more depend on your strategy, where exactly you would like to buy, the amount of yield you would like to earn, your plan over the upcoming years.Are you also based in Spain by any chance?

what happens is they lose there vouchers mid lease.. why.. they lied on their application.. they now earn too much money.. etc etc.. so yes while the tenant is qualified you get paid but they do become unqualified at times.. so prepare for that.. and when you get one kicked off the system.. its a nightmare eviction..
