SO glad to be here! Looking forward to meeting many of you and connecting, hopefully working together as well on some deals in the future. In my first month since learning about real estate investing so definitely still in my honeymoon phase, but I'm thinking that if I can keep the momentum until I've actually made my first purchase, I'll probably be hooked for life 😉

I'll follow the structure to keep it simple.

1. 🌎 Based in Paris, France for now 🥐, originally from the Bay Area. Looking to invest in CO, TX, NC, and/or WA (TX most likely based on appreciation potential + still possible to get >1% rule). If you're doing stuff in any of these states, or if you have other recs for great spots for BRRRR, would love to connect.

2. 💫 My first goal is definitely to do my first BRRRR. Want to get that under the belt in the next few months ideally and get that first cash flowing property set up while I'm still living abroad. Longer term goal is to build up that portfolio to 10 cash-flowing properties in the next 5 years and then go from there. The dream is to earn enough CF to replace both me and my wife's W2s, freeing us up to have the flexibility to work on what we want to. Another goal is to network and connect with all of you, meet great people to learn from, bounce ideas off of, etc.

3. 🤪 Fun fact: I was ranked #1 in the US in tennis in the boy's 14 & unders way back in the day lol (I'm 29 now). Went on to play D1 - haven't played in awhile but if anyone's interested, I could be convinced to play some tennis mixed with REI talk on the changeovers!
