Newer to renting, just finished my first brrrr and listed it for rent, I’ve got an offer from temporary accommodations for a 6 mo lease for clients that need a house.

We had a sales agent here in NH who lost a discrimination case to a predatory client because he observed that one of the properties they viewed didn't have a backyard for the client's child to play in.

We have several out of state clients that BRRRR in Indy.

I went last week I just arrive to LA last night I went to see a lot of houses and I saw some good deals but they go fast an as a beginner I need some help like yours, I'm with an agent but I think she dont work with investor , I feel she works more with regular clients and is not really aggressive on the deals, I left an offer and if it doesn't work I'll reach you Tks

@Donald Walker There are a handful of Big Dog wholesalers in PHX that I run across consistently, but I don't do deals with wholesalers anymore because they don't leave enough meat on the bone for Fix & Flips, which are mostly what my clients are looking for!

Maybe start with clients of your worst PM. 

LOL, Shweta - I have incorporated these points into my elevator pitch :)  I am just finishing up a $75M 506(b) equity raise in conjunction with an MHC (acquirer/owner/operator) client of mine. 

I am wondering if anybody has any concept of reasonable fees, and fee structure for representing a client who is building 50 small restaurants across South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
