Should I get these tested as well?

Another week and I'll be sending required paperwork to the DRE to test.

Already I have seen the advantage to that as although the lot had a previous house on it the county(los angeles) is STILL requiring me to do a soils test/geotechnical report!

However, I haven't registered for the test yet.
