As I am sure you already know this is a great place to network and learn.I am very heavily involved with many investments in Maryland... and know the laws fairly well.With that being said, I am concerned that you are targeting a direct mail campaign to individuals who have received pre-forclosure notices.There is a law in Maryland... the Homeowners Protection Act, that makes the activity you are planning on executing illegal.
