Since so many of the houses in Pittsburgh are older you shouldn't have a problem selling 100+ year old houses. 

For some reason I was thinking it was early - so i was listening to all of the older ones again!!!

@John Kent Good advice, I'll try my luck with some local banks in my area and see if I can get that seasoning term reduced.
