@Byron Villela Jr. you are on the right track - you first have to master yourself anf your personal finances, before you are ready to scale into REI.

The whole thing in my opinion is ridiculous... any quack on the internet with a masters degree in psychology can issue an ESA letter from anywhere in the country to a "patient" they've never met so they can bring their cats and snakes into my properties without paying additional deposits or pet rents.

I haven’t completely mastered the craft of Structuring private money deals.

Each property in my portfolio is owned by a separate LLC which are derivatives of a master, ie: LLC1, LLC2, and so on. 

The masters guests are going to be using the furniture, sheets and dishes of the other tenants.

Everything can be mastered once you know what it is you are required to do.

This project was a 1950's Cape with strong bones, New mechanical in the basement - new HVAC, Plumbing, Sump Pump, New electrical wiring, new roof, new 10x20 deck, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, converted from 4B -1 Ba into a 3B, 2 Ba - with a master bedroom suite on the first floor -- took out a few walls installed headers and created an open concept look to the home.

I rent out the master on Airbnb and sleep in the "hobbit hole" for roughly half the year.

I have far from mastered the phone, but I'm going to be working on it very seriously in the coming weeks and months.
