If you just want to market to Section 8 applicants, like Steve said above, most county Housing Authorities allow you to place a free ad with them which would obviously only be checked by those with Section 8.

What market are you in?

If there is any way you can avoid marketing to section 8 you will be far better off especially in regards to the quality of tenant you will get.
