@Etienne DuboisThere are compliance burdens when dealing with foreign investors.There are withholding requirements required by syndicators on foreign investors.

There are no clear rules, but if you do too much flipping, relative to renting, it can trigger a taxable event. 

Most will not accept funds directly from foreigners (KYC compliance - OFAC) but must come from a U.S person/entity when wired in. 

During the remainder time they have left, keep on eye out for compliance with the current lease. when it's up you can move fwd with asking for the home or evicting.
