When I first started doing lending in Detroit.. this was an issue ... my client a big time flipper rehabber always had retired cops there with a clip board to check in the workers.. it was determined early on that much of the theft came from the exact guys that put the stuff in during the day.. they had the codes they knew what was there they would come in at night and steal it .the day cop and clip board put that to bed.So I agree with @Bryan Bannach  hire a retired policemen have him there during construction hours its the cost of owing property in the hood.. nothing unique about this.or just sell the property and buy something else.. but I think your looking to assemble so I know you probably don't want to sell.so just as stated hire security and I really like the idea of the @Patrick Liska  Cinder block fence I would for sure do that.. then put broken bottles in the concrete on top..

We have one client who demo scope of work usually entails about 2-3 pages it is so detailed.The next item is asking the right questions and get multiple references.

We transfer the client's scope of work onto our own template, this serves as the contract for the project.

You want someone who has clients that are real estate investors.Whether you get a tax refund is dependent on the tax you owe and the tax you've had withheld. 

I'm still digesting as much information as I can about wholesaling techniques and would love to chat more with any other wholesalers, investors, flippers, etc. to be able to serve as a future helping hand.If you guys have any opportunities for a mentee/shadow, I'd love to be of assistance.I'm definitely sure I'll be back with tons of questions, but for now I just wanted to get out my first "hello". 

They are good to approx. a value but serve little purpose when doing deeper valuation. 

You'll be better served by being more conservative in your analysis.

I tell people I do not have time as I am spending it on clients who have made a commitment to me for my time and services.If I make thousands per hour for my time then someone asking me for free crap is not only not bringing me money in it is taking money  out of my pocket because I can use that time for clients.What might be better is paying for ongoing consulting services.

If they do not leave after 30 days you can serve them with a 3-day Notice to move out and you can file for eviction.

I have doctors as commercial retail clients and they all make tons of money I mean a lot each year.
