Metro Atlanta Wholesaling Newbie

Hi everyone,

I'm Atarius - a theatre performer who's super curious about wholesaling. I'm based right outside of Atlanta and am interested in knowing more about the NE-Atlanta market. I'm still digesting as much information as I can about wholesaling techniques and would love to chat more with any other wholesalers, investors, flippers, etc. to be able to serve as a future helping hand.

If you guys have any opportunities for a mentee/shadow, I'd love to be of assistance.
