Stress the importance of your schedule and they should respond well to your work requests and their ability to do that.

I quickly viewed the property with my agent, and then requested the last 3 years of rental history from the agency, which they typically are happy to provide.

I sent out an email, requesting disbursement within a week, which I felt was reasonable, given the length of time that had already passed.

I'm purchasing a property using my LLC and thinking about managing it myself for rent collection and maintenance requests etc., although I'm still going to use my licensed agent for leasing activities such as marketing the property for rent and do showings to potential renters.
