Summary of the Content of BP IL Landlord Forms for $99?

Hello BP!

As a new investor, the BP offer for a bunch of landlord forms for $99 sounds like a great deal. That being said, I'm a little nervous about purchasing without seeing what the content is, specifically in the lease. I understand that having a preview would be silly because then people could just copy it verbatim, but surely there is some way to let people know what is contained in the forms, e.g. specific clauses? The last thing I want to do is purchase a bunch of forms for BP and then still need to run them by a lawyer ($$$) should I need to tweak certain areas.

@Caleb Gray - We are working on getting a sample for each landlord form to show on the web page. For now, here is a screenshot of the first page of the Chicago lease. There is also a lease for the rest of IL included in this package.
