The rules about what constitutes an "egress window" are quite precise, so unless it's got a door in the bedroom I'd check up on what the local code requires rather than go by if it seems big enough to climb out of.

I guess I dont see the value in paying him or any other GURU to show me where to find money.I could be wrong but its probably just a list of high net worth households or a list of high net worth individuals and a letter template with some verbiage about how they could be earning more on their investment than their current investment vehicle offers them.You can buythat list yourself and ask someone here on BP if they have a standard letter template they use to attract private investors.
