Must appraisers physically inspect the building to be able to provide an official appraisal, or are they able to perform an appraisal off-site?  

I just read the article that was on this site " Investing in rental properties won't build wealth but this will".

Being solely in self managed in multifamily, I see poorly managed properties alot, the physical asset would concern me the most.

I'm curious if anyone knows of any good books or can recommend any blog posts/articles specifically about setting up your business accounts.

I have had too many situations where it was - apparently - a problem that I was not physically present to kick a person's behind to get things going.

She is out of physical therapy and back at home.

For example: we have a conference phone that allows several people to participate by phone in our meetings even if they can't be physically present.

If an inspection was conducted, meaning if an inspector physically came out to the house and conducted an inspection, of course you are liable for that cost.
