-Also, as the founding partners - and the ones that will be performing the active responsibilities of the company - how do we retain any equity to benefit from the growth of the organization?

I know lots of people like organic traffic but being that the algorithms change so often I feel like the safer bet is to "pay and play".

I never went to meetups before and not sure how it organized: is it a lecture or people just introduce and meet each other? 

I hope you can use your knowledge and the shared knowledge of this community to keep the property in your family for another 10 generations ;)Here's another tip for you: Look on meetup.com for any real estate meetups in Maine, and the organizer will almost always have some kind of contact they can refer you to.

@Anson Young organizes the Denver meetings, usually at the last Monday of the month.

I also hope to have the funds to travel various parts of the world and also help local organizations and charities.

I finally figured out my problem (with a little help from Sara May at Podio)When you go to the "email to app" option it gives you an email address in the top area that is unique to you so others in your organization can see who is adding items to an app (this was the forward to email address I WAS using), below that is a "public email address" to add items to the app.  

If you are a highly organized, systematic person this can be a very good fit.  

Which I do agree with Bill Gulley is useless organization.
