Hi, I'm Patrick! 

I'm new here. I'm a software developer living in Denver Colorado and I want to start putting the money from my software into a house rather than renting. If things go well with my own house I hope to keep investing in real estate.

At this point I know nothing about real estate so looking forward to learning from you guys! :)
