Quick Question: I need some good resources/ online property management sources for drawing up a new lease?

I’ve researched it online and:— I see the liens, but unclear on how to read them properly.

Love this online community and the wealth of knowledge here.

And creating an LLC here is extremely easy, you can do it online.

If you see any quality lower-cost courses on wholesaling or marketing available locally or online, consider taking them. 

Outside of this, it may help to start with a few basic online sources (rentometer.com, CraigsList, etc) to give you a jumping off point and some rough market insight.  

We found an agent online and he recommended lenders and inspectors etc.

If your agent can’t provide you with a few contacts, I recommend finding nearby properties on the booking platforms and messaging the owners until someone is willing to give you a contact.

Property listed online (Trulia, Zillow, etc..) and is well below market value and appears to be depressed. ~ I'm thinking this is a shortsale2.
