CA is a state that companies with remote workers who have CA clients avoid hiring in because of the draconian taxes on employers.

It makes me a better investor and everything I learn from my clients is also a benefit to all of them, as I can share and draw from much more than my own experiences.

Because of the need to be completely passive, I'm interested in finding capital partners (and financial managers) who would like to invest their SD IRA assets (or help their clients in the case of financial managers) into deals I manage. 

TD Ameritrade and Shwab will open such accounts.We have many clients just operating out of either a bank or brokerage, and some that have both types of accounts within the LLC.

There are cell phone apps that help with this tracking, but one of them might have been created by a client of mine (Bay Area, right?) 

I work with clients buying in Boca, Delray, Boynton and WPB. 

My clients have been investing in Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Birmingham AL, Kansas City and suburbs of Chicago.

Unless my client is dead set on that house I will show them one of the many other homes in the area that they will be just as happy with, and that are much easier to show.
