Looking to expand into other markets (flipping and apartments)

I have been flipping houses now for a couple years now in my local market. The first year I only flipped one house, but this year we are already at 9 and should be able to do 15 by the end of the year, so long as I can find the houses. The problem of course is that the market is drying up a little bit right now. Inventory is low and because of my other business and obligations, I don't have the time to invest into yellow letter marketing or other methods that require a lot of extra time. In fact, as it stands, I pay my real estate agent extra to be my eyes and ears both for deals and to do things like inspect work completed on renovations. Basically, I am as hands on as I can be for the learning experience, but I am as off hands as I can be for the sake growing both of my businesses and so I can focus on investing in other markets.

So with that being said, I am looking for advice and well as possible partnerships with experienced investors and or agents in markets where house flipping is doing well.

I am also looking to invest in apartment complexes in the near future, whether it be a purchase of my own or one where I pool in with other investors for a percentage of the deal.

Any advice or contacts if appreciated.

Thanks,

Dean
