I would say there is a chance that this is some sort of scam, but then again, there is always that remote possibility it is legit.

If the comps are legit, there isn't anything major on the inspection, then this looks like a great deal to me!

I am not putting the other info here but it is public info on Go daddy search.If they ask for no fees until closing then they might have a chance of being legit but it they ask for insurance funds to move overseas and come back, escrows held by their insurance company or attorney, due diligence fees, etc. the run away as fast as you can.

This type of set-up was the most common way of committing mortgage fraud for several years and the banks are on the look out for it, which makes it hard to do, even if you are legit.

I have seen both platforms and from the little exposure I have had with GD, I felt Dropbox was more polished.

I think I have a legit buyer now and I am ready to start working on creating my business entity, getting the mechanics of the wholesale process down, and working on my marketing plan to bring him deals.
