I have been looking for financing and I keep seeing this web site near the top of my search : globalfund.us I do not see any faq page, or information about the ownership. I also cannot find any scam alerts about them. Their site is less than great, but they claim to offer some pretty good financial products. I am tempted to submit a request for a pre-qualification for a 4 plex, but I have reservations due to the lack of information from outside sources.

No I haven't.

Research shows the website says going since 2006 and then when you look up the site it says it was create 4-2004.

The owner is a person named Jason out of California. I am not putting the other info here but it is public info on Go daddy search.

If they ask for no fees until closing then they might have a chance of being legit but it they ask for insurance funds to move overseas and come back, escrows held by their insurance company or attorney, due diligence fees, etc. the run away as fast as you can.
