After watching the Path-to-Purchase well as reading some threads, this looks like a place I will like to be active in.  

One thing to watch for with condos is the monthly HOA fees can be high and some have rules regarding rental properties.

A $2400 turnaround, per month.Thank you to BP for helping me stay interested in RE during the frustrating times and though she'll likely never see this...to my loving lady for putting up with my through it all.

Watch the Biggerpockets forums for local meet ups around where you would like to do business and connect the people that way!

I'd suggest reading as many posts as you can and watching the podcasts as well.

It cost you nothing to pick their brains and have them watching out for you.I would wait on learning the calculators.

I never watched for the tenants to leave the building, and then snuck  in like he did.

Cheep and easy for a landlord to install and a excellent excuse for the landlord to do their quarterly inspections with out tenants feeling they are being watched (which of course they are).Our codes require they be installed and maintained by the landlord otherwise the landlord will be held liable in the event if death or injury.

Darren Hardy has a video on YouTube that I watch monthly called "Super Achievers vs Overachievers" and it has a lot to do with how the top 1% uses their time.

I've read the book and watched a great video on Brandon doing an analysis using the BP calc tools.
