Hey BP, everyday I'm at work I think about not being here and what it would be like to work for myself and even the ultimate goal of financial freedom.

I am passionate about helping people think, and teaching people how to learn - I work with college aged students and am currently trying to figure out how to destroy the 4 year education idol enabling young people to mortgage out their future to imaginary promises of 'a good job'.I joined biggerpockets to learn, network in with people and continue my quest to financial freedom.  

I might be having a little bit of the Cardone effect right now, but that seems like the move to real financial freedom.

Eventually, a good amount of these people are going to need supervision or daily home health care visits. 

I come from a family of Entrepreneurs, I learned early on that working for someone was not going to make my dreams of financial freedome come true.

I was inspired today about WHY I want financial freedom."

I want financial freedom and be able to have the time to do what I want in art, while still being able to support myself.

I work in healthcare in the "rustbelt" and I know from my coworkers that 1) they do no want to live in run down areas, especially since most healthcare professionals make a good amount of money. 2) They don't mind long commutes to get to work, housing, school districts and safety are key for these people above work commutes.Now, that doesn't meant there are no people that will rent your place, but maybe you need to lower your rent for now, and when the property continues to develop into a better place you can increase the rents.The key is to hold on to it if the area truly is going up in value then you will be rewarded, but for now you may have to settle for less.Hope this helps,Andrew
