The person that owned it sold the whole park last month to a group of people from TEXAS.A few weeks after ownership changed hands, there are 7 more cabins sitting in the driveway of the park. 

I think the question to ask is what happens when things don't go right.. when you own something out right you have a little more flexibility on what to do.when your part of a large group.. your dependent on others for your outcome...

I know that won't work if it was posted in a closed group though.

I would recommend joining your local Meetups & Real estate group in your Area. of course your at BP so i know there will be others hopefully in your area wanting an looking for Partners.
