With a direct lender, you have more access to the underwriters and control over things when they are in house.

One I can control and the other I can't.There are a lot of brokerages that are low monthly minimum fee ($75 to $100) and then a flat fee per transaction. 

MSM keeps saying China can and is expected to contain this and then as I continue to research...Real Estate is 25-30% of China's GDP (that's been an ongoing problem China has been trying to control and then they back off every time it would start to hurt their economy - RE got too big too fast for it to not greatly affect the Chinese economy, so how in the world does anyone think this won't seriously hurt them now?).

It has its own separate heat & airconditioners with separate controls for each floor, but the utilities are all one electric, one gas and one water bill.

Don't start letting tenants control the dialogue from the start.

It covers utilizing neutral thinking to gain control.

Basement storage is very uncommon in this area and would be a continued nuisance for us re: pest control, utility replacement, and addressing the work we have planned on the building which includes structural work in the basement.
