If you're ever on a drive from Cali to LV make sure to give the podcast a listen, those guys are quite humorous and informative, definitely worth listening to. 

I am also rural so if you (or I) want to attend something like that we both know you're probably gonna drive....just like we have to for a lot of other things.

Probably would have to result in locating the areas where these types of structures are allowed  and then doing some driving to see what units you can spot.

I listen to the Podcast on Podcast Addict on my phone while I drive.

I would contact a few surrounding counties and see if you can pay them for a list of mobile homes from their tax roll.  

Here are my thoughts:-can't be too close to the ocean, sea level is rising rapidly-Ideally it'd be nearby (I live in Virginia) so somewhere on the east coast that I could drive back and forth to-Once I graduate, I was going to move to TX or NV and get involved in real estate there.
