How do you approach another real estate LLC to purchase a home

I have found several vacant properties during my driving for $$$. Some properties are owned by other real estate companies/LLC. What is the best way to approach them if I do not have a telephone number? Yellow letter? Business letter? "Never give up. Never surrender" -Dee Dee Huey Aiming to be the best wholesaler
