I seem to attract folks that have dreams to buy a home but have really terrible credit and not quite ready to fix their finances to qualify for a loan.

I would also like to build a "dream team" and, therefore, am looking to connect with contractors, interior designers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and attorneys that have experience with real estate investors.Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

I will live there for one year fixing and improving the property as needed and then will use my wife's FHA (going to start the refinance process for her property tomorrow) to buy the dream home. 

So place more weight on referrals and actual reviews than a pay membership organization.
