Preforeclosure Investing Central and North AL

Hello BP family. I would like to invest in preforeclosures mainly in the Birmingham and Huntsville metro and surrounding areas. I grew up in Birmingham but currently live in North Alabama. 

I would love to know whether anyone has been successful with this strategy in those markets. I would also like to build a "dream team" and, therefore, am looking to connect with contractors, interior designers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and attorneys that have experience with real estate investors.
