This is a bathroom faucet?

TOTALLY RENOVATED, NEW FLOORS, CERAMIC, NEW BATHROOM, NEW KITCHEN AND CABINETS.

My only concern is that the main house only has 1 bathroom and the only additional is in the below guest suite.

I added a bathroom.

New kitchen, bathroom, flooring, paint, driveway, patio, retaining wall.

Say, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per 5-day reservation and track it that way.

You cannot legally charge more but they are not due a discount either make sure you are at market rent but no pet rent or deposit.  

I told them to call AirBNB and gave them the phone number, but it was completely unclear what the nightly price was (with week/month discount and higher fees for holidays, etc).Thanks for bringing up this topic @Trish Mccoy!

You have $30,000 in appreciation, much of which will be sucked off by commissions, transaction taxes, title insurance, lost rental income (buyers usually don't like inherited tenants), and the fact that any buyer is going to say "I have to replace the roof and AC in five years or less, so I'll discount my offer."
