One negative issue with this strategy is you have to keep looking all the time to grow your portfolio esp if you want to find them at a deep discount vs with larger multifamily you get a lot if doors at once

I have had some success in the stock market looking for deep value "depressed" stocks.

Traditionally, they are going to to use a debt to income ratio and discount non W2 income and rental income.

Is there a discount rate for the fact the additional cashflow is GUARANTEED with the simple act of paying off the mortgage with no additional assumptions? 

It's too high, the condition is ok, but cat lady-ish with some TLC and a deep cleaning needed.

This is my issue with 1% agents... they are literally taking food off their families table in a desperate attempt to undercut other agents and take the listings at a discount.
