Also numerous platforms like carrot for website and tracking, or flipster (almost a one stop shop), and prop stream for history on property and also different crm platforms to use for tracking keywords or phrases so you know where money should and shouldn’t be spent.Like I said, I’m just learning And trying to get an understanding of how it all works.

They are not in my IRA and due to self dealing I cannot move them there but would consider selling FE payments from them while they season.In another week or two I will be starting to review assets for purchase so if anyone has performing notes with solid pay history let me know.
