You are just looking for validation to place audio surveillance on your property so you keep asking the same question with small variations.At this point I would recommend paying for a legal opinion or take your chances with your "security guy installer legal advice".Security cameras have been fond not to deter crime, but only to increase the sale of hoodies.

@Bonnie Donahue My opinion {which is in no way advice bc not CPA consult yours, But make sure they’re familiar with RE investing tax laws not just CPA without that specialty} is single LLC separate new for each property.

Do you have an opinion on the consumer protection issues related to wholesaling...consumer with a 6th grade education works for 30-years, pays off her mortgage and hasn't a clue about the power of equity in her home...in comes a wholesaler promising the world and negotiating away the equity she has built up....seems to me the Attorney General's would want to take this on at some point...

I am sure there is more to it.I am curious because with a 6.5 acre lot, you can fit in a few of those cabins.Hopefully someone who had looked into these type of deals before finds this thread and shares his/her experience/opinions.

In my opinion, all wholesalers should be licensed but I know most aren't.
