The reason Allstate, USAA, and Liberty Mutual will not give me an Umbrella Policy is because my primary residence includes an in-law apartment that we use as an AirBnb.However, even if I exclude my primary residence from the Umbrella Policy, insurance companies still do not want to insure because the rental house zip codes are in two different states (Colorado and Virginia).
