Umbrella policy needed for zip codes 23451, 23462, 80226

Hello! I have been striking out with finding an appropriate Umbrella Policy that will cover my two rental properties (zip codes 23462 and 80226) AND my primary residence (zip code 23451).  The reason Allstate, USAA, and Liberty Mutual will not give me an Umbrella Policy is because my primary residence includes an in-law apartment that we use as an AirBnb.

However, even if I exclude my primary residence from the Umbrella Policy, insurance companies still do not want to insure because the rental house zip codes are in two different states (Colorado and Virginia).  Yet another issue: Some companies have told me they will only write an Umbrella Policy if my auto policy is bundled underneath it (my current auto policy is with Allstate).

Does anyone out there have suggestions for who to call about an Umbrella Policy that will encompass these three properties?

Thanks!

Caroline
