That is not the case at all unless they have a number of credit cards they max out.

The initial payment took 5-7 days only I believe because the tenant paid with a debit card.

I hadn't checked the credit score, but she mentioned that the score might have been affected when her baby's father applied for credit cards in her name  and racked them up.
