I generally won't bother with dead/dying refrigerator compressors.

But I’m not against them if you don’t bother others you should be able to use your property.

Don’t bother with Nashville if you like to make money.

(Since your offer means nothing until it’s in writing.) or they’ll say don’t bother, the existing offer is better.

Also much higher response rates when I do bother mailing a postcard or two to LLs. 

The thing that bothers me most is how many people are doing it now.

Sometimes it's ambiguous, but even then, why should I bother with the company that has numerous unresolved lawsuits, versus another company that is virtually the same but has none.

If anyone else has decent experience I might consider it as it seems a number of PMS support it for automated lock generation but if I keep having to have someone come out and fix it I don't know if I want to bother with it.The other candidate I was considering was the Yale Assure line but a number of people have left less than great reviews on that lock as well.

"pay us and we'll give you plans and don't bother to call us again, just ask the contractor to make it work even if you discover a giant sinkhole while you dig" type of situation], -- getting a contractor who can give me a ballpark figure on construction cost [so that I can get back to the bank] with me not having selected an architect with a firmer plan, BEFORE I choose an architect, etc etc etc! 

Beyond electronic locks to enter the home, I won't bother.
