Even the seemingly easiest deals -- one loan, "pre-approved price", BPO in hand, etc -- can take months.So, yes, you can expect answers to the factual questions, but don't expect that to necessarily tell you how long you can expect the transaction to take.

Shahriar Kiamanesh I think flipping condos are a little more risky then single family homes due to the reasons you mentioned such as HOA carrying costs and possibly working with contractors that the complex approves only.

I have seen a few people here discuss getting a conventional loan on a property titled to an LLC by recording 2 deeds approved by the lender, but I have not personally seen this approach executed.

I saw Dave speak for a couple of hours a few months ago and their info seemed decent, though they are going to pitch you HARD on the boot camp and coaching program and whatever else.
