Do anyone know of any good websites to gather this data from?

I pretty much do what you said, except  I hunt on 3 or so websites,  if I see potential,  I text her to see if it's available  and drive by. 

I was unable to find one on the National REIA website but not all REIAs are National REIA members.

I have no affiliation to any, I do a mix of all above but depends on your comfort level.You can also lend your money on peer lending websites or be a hard money lender for higher interest for longer terms..

If they don't, then threaten to go to the state licensing agency, local real estate board, and every single property manager/real estate agent review website available about what happened.
