Has anyone studied about american house crisis and trend and behaviour just like economy and stock ?

My main target area is St Louis MO to begin with simply because I'm leaning on relocating there in the very near future.I've been studying the game for almost a year now and I'm ready to make some solid moves in the mid-west i.e.

The three things I plan to do are:1) Study for my Real Estate License exam.2) Continue my business plan strategy for my own portfolio property management company.3) Continue to support everyone within the BiggerPockets community and life in general.

Study a lot; ask a lot of questions and maybe find someone who knows what they are doing so you can look over thier shoulder.

The house's upstairs consists of a bedroom, bathroom, and second seating area/office, so I would like to take that for myself so I have my own space as well as room to study.
