Any thoughts from seasoned vets on this peculiar listing?
Hey there, as you can see I’m new here but I came across this strange deal and was just dying to know what some of you who have been in the game a while thought of it. I understand there’s a lot of information missing and we’d have to know more to truly break it down, as well as not being familiar with the Abilene, TX market. However, I thought it was an interesting enough group of properties to bring it to attention as a sort of case study.
What do you think of this at a first glance? I’m aware some people sell their entire (or chunks) of their portfolio at once but these properties are all next to each other like a compound. Very interesting to me.
Anyways.. initial thoughts? Have you seen listings like this before?
