OOS Newbie invests in midwest

Hello BP family!

I'm Alex,

Currently living in Denver CO but it's not the market for beginners in my opinion. Which is why I'm looking to network with savvy real estate investors, realtors, lenders, the whole nine yards in the mid-west region. My main target area is St Louis MO to begin with simply because I'm leaning on relocating there in the very near future.

I've been studying the game for almost a year now and I'm ready to make some solid moves in the mid-west i.e. St. Louis MO, Indianapolis IN, Dayton OH, Detroit MI for starters. I've already secured proof of funds and I'm ready to rock and roll.

So, please don't hesitate to connect with me especially investor friendly realtors. Looking forward to working with you guys!

Thanks for reading!

I understand that Denver is a tough market to start your investment portfolio in. I think its a great idea to start your investing in the mid west. My business partner @Hakeem Valles actually lives in St. Louis, MO as well so he would be a great connect to start out with. He is not a realtor, but he is a RE investor and has been in the game for like 8 years, I know you are going to gain some value by connecting with him. Feel free to connect with me and reach out if you have any questions, but I look forward to hearing from you soon and hopefully you can make that work with my partner as well.

Thanks,

Matthew, much appreciated! Yes let's connect.
