Youtube has plenty of good resources for you to follow but find one that you can execute and go for it!

This software is so affordable and has features like: automatic payments from your tenants bank account, tenant screening, publishing vacancies to sites such as realtor, zillow, Craigslist, etc., and keeps individual spreadsheets for each of your properties.

I'd look at properties that would work well for "entire space" listings - close to sites and attractions, safe area, bars/restaurants nearby, etc.I expect once our AirBNB listing becomes more seasoned, we'll be clearing our mortgage by well over $1,000/mth - providing more cash to fund future real estate deals.

@Charlie MacPherson I had a feeling Zestimates weren't going to be a great resource, I have also seen some pretty wild mistakes on zillow.

On my site review of them, I've been asking them to reveal this for over a year and so far they haven't.

These sites have been a hot topic for some for awhile as it appears Nationstar also is an owner in Xome.
