How do I find a realtor in South San Jose who wants fixers?
I am new here and could use some advice
Here is the situation: I own a condo in South San Jose, CA that needs a total gut. Was going to do it myself but I am over extended time wise on other projects. The condo complex has a high number of renters in it which makes it hard to finance with small down payment, so the buyer would either need to be all cash or significant down payment.
So does anyone here have advice on how I can find a realtor in my local area who is experienced representing fixer uppers and maybe has a rolodex of cash buyers they can call? Or who has been on the other side of the transaction representing buyers of fixers?
Or should I just list with a realtor who has sold in the same complex? Unfortunately, all of the the sales in the last 24 months were for units that were already remodeled.
Or should I do something else entirely?
Any advice will be appreciated.
