Hi BP, I recently heard that the recent 1.9 billion  stimulus package that was passed in March has a large sum of relief allocated that would help or go towards landlords and property owners in need.

I have an investment property in Detroit purchased last March.

You see, back in March, I tested positive for Covid-19 and had probably had it for a bit before being diagnosed, because I had my first covid shot the week before my symptoms got pretty bad.

That way you can cover your rent if you were able to move in say March 2022 vs waiting until May.

@Ed Emmons We are looking for something between March and June of next year. 

Their usage for Feb & March was 105,000 gallons.

All I've been able to find is that evictions will be sealed between March 2020 till August 2022.The sealing of evictions records is incredibly unfair to both current and future landlords. 

IMO, tenant b should have left it alone too. ....but sounds like tenant a might have some issues if shes chasing people w/bats. but she didnt do anything but chase. id sit her down and ask her about that....and then i would talk to tenant b and ask him why was the point of stepping to her.
