You see, back in March, I tested positive for Covid-19 and had probably had it for a bit before being diagnosed, because I had my first covid shot the week before my symptoms got pretty bad.

I would appreciate the opinions from both other experienced syndicators as well as LP's, accredited and sophisticated on the pros and cons on the two main securities exemptions for syndications, 506(b) and 506(c).Gray Capital is considering whether to make the switch to using the 506(c) securities exemptions after using the 506(b) exemptions for the vast majority of our syndicated multifamily deals, although we have co-sponsored several 506(c) offerings.

All I've been able to find is that evictions will be sealed between March 2020 till August 2022.The sealing of evictions records is incredibly unfair to both current and future landlords.

IMO, tenant b should have left it alone too. ....but sounds like tenant a might have some issues if shes chasing people w/bats. but she didnt do anything but chase. id sit her down and ask her about that....and then i would talk to tenant b and ask him why was the point of stepping to her.
