TARGETED EIDL ADVANCE APPLICATION
To qualify for the loan it says:
- Located in a low-income community, as defined in section 45D(e) of the Internal Revenue Code. The SBA will map your business address to determine if you are in a low-income community when you submit your Targeted EIDL Advance application.
- Suffered economic loss greater than 30 percent, as demonstrated by an 8-week period beginning on March 2, 2020, or later, compared to the previous year.
- Must have 300 or fewer employees.
My question is I am a sole proprietor, no business name or EIN its all under my social. The house I rent out is located in a low income community how ever my current address does not qualify as low income.
when filling out the form should I put down the address that qualifies as business address or my own, I do have the business listed on my tax returns on my schedule E.
Unsure how to complete, anyone in the same situation?
thanks
Jon
